a)Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Please contact our Customer service team to start the return process with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product

Step 2: Insert your receipt, along with the items, back into the original packaging.

Step 3: After receiving our return confirmation email, please print the order number, product photo, and return confirmation email separately and store them in the express.

Step 4: Contact your local courier and hand the package to the courier. After the courier checks the returned goods, please cover the package.

Step 5:Please return the package to the following address

b) The new package will be shipped out once we receive and confirm the return package in 2 days.

c)The freight arising from the return and exchange of goods shall be borne by the customer(except in the case of serious quality problems)


Normally all of out orders are shipped out within 24 hours, even within several hours.
If you cancel your order before the package is shipped out, we need take a 10% charge for the cancellation fee which includes handling and restock.
Once your package was shipped out, we could not cancel your order and issue the refund. Hope you can understand.

1.All returns must first be approved by our customer service team, you need send a request to our email address, and once we confirmed the request, you will receive a notification email. Returned items without a notification email will not be accepted.

2. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

3. Items returned within 60 days from the original order receipt are eligible for a refund. For a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition (unchanged, unworn, undamaged, and the label is in the original packaging. Please make sure that the product is in good condition and the protective film is not torn off. For a partial refund, please contact customer service first It will be sent back after confirmation. Once the returned item is received and checked, the refund will be processed to the previous payment account.

Please note that free gifts should be returned together with the main products. After the return request is agreed, the package can be shipped back to the address given by the customer service. Please kindly send email with your order number and returned shipping number  after package’s shipped out. Taxes & shipping fee generated from returning will be paid by the buyer, the final refund amount will be the order price misused our receiving cost like tax and processing fee, etc.

4. Items are damaged due to man-made reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged. For example, the product has been scratched, the product has cracks, and the product is deformed.

5. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.


In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs $6.65(Free on order over $100) will not be refunded by Proexpress in case of returns.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email, and if your order is over $50, You will get a full refund, if it is less than $50 US, we will deduct 4.99 US dollars on your refund amount, the policy has been stated above.


If you change your attention and request to cancel the order after you purchase the product and confirm the order, then we will process your request according to the following different situations:

1. We agree to cancel the order
1) We have not processed your order and have not sent it yet. Usually our processing time is 1-3 working days. If the order quantity is too large, we may delay it by 1-2 days at most, Then your refund will be returned the same way within 1-3 working days
2) Your order has been sent, but after our communication with the logistics company, the goods were successfully intercepted and returned to our warehouse, Then your refund will be returned the same way within 3-7 working days after the goods are returned to the warehouse

2. We disagree to cancel the order

2) Your order has been sent and cannot be intercepted successfully
